Application Procedures for VNU
To gain admission to academic programs in the VNU, international students must prepare the following documents and submit them to the Office of Admissions:
- Completed application form.
- Secondary school diploma (copy)
- University diploma and transcripts (copy)
- Passport, including a valid visa.
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Certificate confirming that a general medical examination authorized by a recognized medical institution in the applicant’s country has been conducted, dated not more than two months before the applicant’s arrival in Ukraine.
- Medical certificate confirming that the applicant is free of HIV/AIDS infection.
- Copy of an insurance policy for obtaining emergency medical care, unless the applicant is a citizen of a country which has a free medical care agreement with Ukraine.
- 6 photos, size 40 x 60 mm.
- Ticket valid for one year with an open date for the applicant’s return to his/her home country.
Students admitted to VNU academic programs will be provided with a dormitory room, medical services, library services, sport facilities and the general support of the University Office of International Affairs.
The Ukrainian Embassy in your country will grant you an entrance visa if you present a letter of admission to VNU issued by its Office of Admissions. To obtain the letter of admission, you must complete the application form and send the documents mentioned above by regular mail to the VNU Office of Admissions at Prospekt Voli 13, Lutsk, Volyn Oblast’, Ukraine 43025.
